These terms help us serve everyone smoothly and safely.
Prices
Prices are indicative and may vary with the length of your nails or the needs of the service.
Arrival time
Please be on time. A delay of more than 10 minutes may mean part of the service is skipped, for example colour or nail art.
We respect every client's time equally: we never keep anyone waiting because the previous client was late. The time booked for your appointment is exactly what our team needs to give you the result you expect.
Hygiene and repairs
Before every appointment we will ask you to wash your hands with soap and water, a simple step that makes a big difference to adhesion and wear.
If a correction is needed, we offer a free local repair within 3 days of your appointment.
Children
Children are welcome on one condition: they come with an adult who looks after them during your service. Bring whatever keeps them busy: a tablet, headphones, a colouring book.
Pets
Four-legged friends? Welcome. Make sure your pet has had its walk before you come and keep it on a lead during the service. We will take care of water, toys and treats, if you let us.
